In the closing phase of the project, all four AISS partners organised local dissemination events to share the project’s results with students, academic staff, and technical teams. Reports from the events in Kraków (UPJPII), Bayreuth (University of Bayreuth), Kaunas (KTU), and Florida Universitària confirm strong engagement and positive feedback on AISS resources, including the course chatbots, the AI toolbox, and the compendium.
Highlights include: in Kraków (3 June 2025) participants rated organisation, topics, and clarity of results overwhelmingly “Totally satisfied,” with all respondents indicating they gained new knowledge and skills. In Bayreuth (23 July 2025) over 70% of attendees reported being “Satisfied” or “Totally satisfied,” and praised the subject-specific chatbot grounded in verified course materials for reliable support. In Kaunas(25 September 2025), 22 participants attended; 100% reported gaining new skills, and most rated the event “Totally satisfied,” noting practical value and take-away resources that remain accessible beyond the project. Florida Universitària likewise collected participant evaluations confirming strong interest in AISS solutions and their applicability to teaching and learning.
These events underline AISS’s commitment to ethical, transparent, and pedagogically meaningful AI use in Higher Education, while gathering concrete feedback to inform sustainability and future adoption.
