AISS partners meet at the University of Bayreuth to plan final steps

On 24–25 June 2025, the AISS consortium gathered at the University of Bayreuth  for a two-day technical and steering meeting. The agenda focused on the project’s closing roadmap: WP5 updates on the re-designed multimedia study programme (KTU), the rollout of the AISS course across partner platforms, and a comprehensive review of ongoing pilot activities.

The programme also featured a hands-on dissemination session, where Bayreuth colleagues showcased the local implementation to engineering students and early-career staff, followed by a status review of WP6 (Dissemination) led by Florida Universitària and planning for upcoming outreach events. Management topics covered WP1 administrative and reporting tasks, along with a final pass on pending issues before project closure.

The meeting concluded with the AISS Steering Committee, which reviewed progress and quality across work packages, assessed outcomes and impact, and addressed risks and mitigation actions to ensure smooth completion.
